Common Mistakes
- Counting from
plugins/ instead of src/ — plugins/ may be empty after an interrupted build
- Comparing against deleted alias manifests — only
manifests/ork.json exists in v7
- Forgetting the hook breakdown: global + agent-scoped + skill-scoped must sum to total
