Build the Zeus frontend into wwwroot and launch the OpenhpsdrZeus backend. Defaults to desktop mode (Photino webview, no Vite). Pass `--mode=web` (or `-m web`) to run the web-dev stack (Vite dev server + backend on :6060). Optional portOffset (web mode only, e.g. `/run --mode=web 10`) shifts both ports. Optional `fresh` flag points the backend at a throw-away prefs DB.
