Evidence bias

• use investor-grade metrics with dates, comparable definitions, and first-party traction when available
• use reputable market sources when external sizing or benchmark claims are needed
• separate vision slides from proof slides

Near misses

• product launch or keynote decks -> stay generic unless the ask is truly fundraising
• internal sales or partner pitch decks -> stay generic or company-intro
• critique-only or redline requests -> route away from this scene pack
