Decision Tree

• Single-file script with deps? → PEP 723 inline metadata
• Multi-file project (not distributed)? → uv init minimal setup
• Reusable package/library? → uv init --package full setup
• Migrating? → uv init --bare && uv add <pkgs> && uv sync, delete old files
