Wallet APIs

@alchemy/wallet-apis is the high-level Wallet API client package. It exposes stable root APIs, an experimental subpath, a Solana subpath, and an internal subpath.

Smart wallet client defaults	Before changing `createSmartWalletClient` or client state.
