ac-show

Read ../aftercare/SKILL.md first and follow its runtime resolution and target repo rules.
Treat all user text after $ac-show or /ac-show as ticket-id context.
Use an explicit ticket id whenever available; if no ticket id can be recovered, explain that this explicit command needs one.
Run show <id> and return the ticket snapshot with a short interpretation.
