- Flag contradictions or unclear cause-effect chains.
- Add 1-2 subtle callbacks to earlier motifs/objects.
- Add 1 foreshadow beat consistent with the chapter promise.
- Update scene_tracker with any knowledge/object/relationship changes from this chapter.
