Steps
- Generate 3-7 scene cards.
- Each card includes: POV, location, time, goal, obstacle, tactic, turn, cost, exit emotion, next hook.
- Ensure each scene has a TURN that changes the situation.
- Ensure each scene ends with propulsion (not closure).
