Multi-phase workflow: discovery with competitive scan, functional spec with flows, design handoff to Claude Design, faithful build with zero deviation, development with test points and a real-testing playground, full docs/, per-platform security, non-negotiable accessibility, release hygiene, AI-time estimates with client budgets, and a forge issue log.
