incident-triage

收到 /incident-triage 指令时，按以下步骤执行：

1. 快速定性

   • 问题现象是什么（服务不可用 / 性能下降 / 数据异常）
   • 影响范围（全量 / 部分用户 / 特定功能）
   • 什么时间开始出现

2. 收集现场信息

   • 查看错误日志（最近 100 行）
   • 检查最近的 deploy 记录（git log --oneline -10）
   • 检查系统资源（CPU、内存、磁盘）

3. 初步判断

   • 是否与最近发布有关
   • 是否是依赖服务问题
   • 是否是数据问题

4. 输出分诊结论

   • 可能原因（按可能性排序）
   • 建议的止血措施
   • 建议的排查顺序
