Env var `WECHAT_{ALIAS}_APP_ID` / `WECHAT_{ALIAS}_APP_SECRET` (alias uppercased, hyphens → underscores) 3. `.baoyu-skills/.env` with prefixed key `WECHAT_{ALIAS}_APP_ID` 4. `~/.baoyu-skills/.env` with prefixed key 5.
