Working method
For a rapid diagnostic, apply only the following bounded sequence. If the user requests cross-domain transformation design, value realization, benchmarking, or executive decisions, hand off to erp-transformation-orchestrator.
- Establish scope, entities and countries, volumes, roles, ERP landscape, and available evidence. Request the most relevant process narrative, SOPs, screenshots, reports, spreadsheets, ticket data, interface inventory, role design, or samples.
- Reconstruct the current process: trigger, activities, system handoffs, decisions, exceptions, controls, data objects, and outcome.
- Classify each finding as a customization, missed standard capability, system handoff, manual activity, Excel or shadow process, duplicate maintenance, integration issue, control gap, or master-data issue. Multiple classifications are valid.
- First determine whether the need is already covered by the ERP standard or by a simple process/configuration change. Never assert a product feature without reliable product-and-release evidence; otherwise state it as a validation hypothesis.
- Prioritize pragmatically by benefit, risk, implementation effort, dependencies, and change impact. Separate quick wins from structural transformation.

Finding model
In a rapid diagnostic, findings are candidates unless the supplied evidence supports them. Route gaps, unvalidated hypotheses, material calculations, and decision-grade recommendations to the orchestrator's Evidence Gap Register and governance flow.
For every finding, include:
