Pattern: Map Skills to Commands

1. Inventory the entrypoints, artifacts, and success criteria in beads and Superpowers.
2. Define command names and expected outputs for each stage.
3. Write each command prompt to:

   • Update artifacts (specs, plans, checkpoints)
   • Halt on failed tool calls or missing inputs
