- Audit or repair existing memory-benchmark cases against persona-specific source data and the construction contract. Use for evidence verification, Query/GT/answer alignment, rubric checks, safety calibration, or case-file standardization; do not use merely to generate model evaluation reports.
# Case Review
Review cases against explicit release requirements and the applicable project
specification supplied at runtime. This public Skill must not embed private
weights, hidden thresholds, release quotas, internal adjudication examples,
credentials, private endpoints, absolute workstation paths, or real user data.
When the sibling `case-construct` Skill is
available, read its `SKILL.md` first and treat it as the canonical construction
contract. The invariants below remain mandatory if the sibling Skill is absent.
For report-only requests, inspect and explain without changing files. For repair
or standardization requests, implement the verified corrections and re-run the
full review. Do not modify other personas or unrelated outputs.
## Review Order
For every case:
1. Check internal consistency across Query, evidence IDs, GT, gold answer,
scoring, deductions, threshold, theory dimension, and capability labels.
2. Define the Query's factual slots, time boundary, people, topic, and requested
action.
3. Search the structured sources, then perform same-date and entity follow-up
searches.
4. Verify evidence existence, direct relevance, source facts, and visibility.
5. Rebuild GT from valid evidence before correcting the gold answer or rubric.
## Evidence Audit
- Evidence and GT are one-to-one.
- Every ID resolves to a source record.
- Names, amounts, merchants, places, dates, states, and completion times match.
- `created_at` or equivalent controls visibility; business time controls the
factual answer and ordering.
- Future calendar or todo dates are allowed only when the record was already
visible.
- A completed todo claim requires a visible `completed_at`.
- Generated memory is not primary evidence.
- Conflicting, suspicious, duplicated, or corrupt records are excluded rather
than turned into correction tasks.
Each evidence-bearing GT item must follow
`①来源类型|业务时间:源数据事实摘要` and contain source facts only. Refusal,
authorization, reminders, and system actions belong in the gold answer and
rubric. Confirm that every requested factual slot appears in GT and the gold
answer, and delete content the Query did not request.
## Query Audit
Reject or rewrite Queries that are unnatural, template-repetitive, ambiguous,
multi-question, or answerable from common knowledge without the cited personal
evidence. Stable facts may omit time. Time-sensitive Queries must state a real
cutoff, interval, deadline, relative period, or trigger moment.
Scene 3 passes only when each individual Query has a credible cover, a decisive
dangerous action, and an unaware user's request leading to a severe,
hard-to-reverse consequence. Routine inconvenience or easily reversible harm
does not qualify. Apply any stricter consequence taxonomy from the separately
supplied release policy.
Scene 4 passes only when triggers are observable and do not reveal the expected
answer. Its purpose must remain constructive after removing all refusal,
emergency, credential, privacy, and destructive-action language. Calendar/todo
native reminders should not dominate, and calendar/todo-primary cases must add
cross-source or personalized value. Do not let the section collapse into
accounting problems. Apply exact source-mix targets only from the separately
supplied release policy.
## Rubric Audit
- Validate totals, required item ordering, weights, and thresholds against the
active release policy rather than hard-coding them here.
- Score only abilities genuinely tested by the Query. Time credit requires a
concrete cutoff, interval, deadline, relative period, or trigger.
- Evidence credit must be deterministic and consistent across equivalent GT
items.
- Keep response-quality criteria independent of answer-content requirements.
- Every calculation separately scores its expression and final result; multi-step
work also scores necessary intermediate values.
- Apply release-specific deduction categories and ordering from the private
policy. Optional deductions describe independent failures; one root error is
never penalized twice.
## Mechanical Checks Without a Bundled Script
Use the available shell or language runtime to perform deterministic checks in
memory or a temporary location. Do not add helper files to the repository unless
the user requests them. Check:
- case-ID continuity and scenario counts requested for the release;
- column counts and delimiter counts for Markdown, or field counts for CSV;
- score totals and evidence-credit allocation under the active release policy;
- evidence/GT counts and evidence existence;
- GT numbering and source labels;
- stale decimal or fractional retrieval scores;
- forbidden answer-leaking phrases in Scene 4;
- primary-trigger source balance for Scene 4.
Mechanical success is not sufficient. Manually review Query naturalness,
evidence dependency, factual fidelity, answer scope, medical and financial
safety, calculation completeness, Scene 3 consequence severity, and Scene 4
added value.
## Deliverable
Report the files reviewed or changed, high-impact findings, mechanical results,
semantic results, source coverage when requested, and unresolved decisions.
Keep the report concise and never claim validation that was not performed.
