Use this skill whenever the user needs to find what their current argument, analysis, or research CANNOT see because of its own framing. Triggers on: /no, "argue the opposite", "what am I missing", "what does this exclude", "flip it", "shadow perspective", "blind spots", "what am I not seeing", "the other side", or any request to challenge, invert, negate, or rupture a dominant thesis. Also activate when the user has spent too long reinforcing a single direction without resistance. This is NOT a devil's advocate tool — it excavates structural exclusions, not competing arguments.

What This Skill Does

No-todo detects the dominant thesis, central assumption, or constitutive frame of the current session or prompt, and excavates what that frame structurally cannot see. It does not argue the other side — that would produce another synthesis waiting to happen. Instead, it identifies the presupposition that enables the argument, the erased subject, the silenced middle, and the question the framework cannot ask from within itself.

Commands

• /no — Analyze the current session context. Identify the dominant thesis and produce a No-Todo Report.
• /no [statement or prompt] — Take the given statement and excavate its structural exclusions.

Output Format: No-Todo Report

Every No-Todo activation produces this structured report:

Who or what is erased for this argument to be possible? What subject, perspective,
or reality must not exist for this frame to hold?

The perspective that is neither the dominant thesis NOR its simple opposite.
The third position that neither side can articulate. The frontier that is
neither here nor there.

[PROCESO INACABADO]
What does the argument prematurely close off? Where does it force resolution
on something that is still alive, still open, still ch'ixi?

[PREGUNTA ABIERTA]
A single question that the dominant framework cannot ask from within itself.
This question is the product of the No-Todo — it is what the skill leaves behind.

Critical Rules

1. Never produce a counter-argument. A counter-argument is another thesis — another candidate for synthesis. The No-Todo produces a question, not a competing answer.

2. Never resolve the No-Todo. Leave the wound open. The report ends with an open question, not a recommendation.

3. Name the presupposition, not the flaw. The goal is not to say "you're wrong" but to say "here is what must be true for you to be right, and here is what that erases."

4. Do not be sycophantic about the excavation itself. Do not present the No-Todo as if it has found "the real truth." It has found an exclusion. That exclusion is also partial, also incomplete, also ch'ixi.

5. The no-todo is a permanent condition, not a temporary gap. Every analysis is incomplete. This is not a problem to solve. It is the ontological condition of thought: "un proceso inacabado inconcluso y riesgoso" (Rivera Cusicanqui, 2022, p. 191).
