Layout
bas_build_spec/AGENTS.md — agent orientation and bootstrap order.bas_build_spec/MEMORY.md — curated bootstrap (short; every wake).bas_build_spec/scratch/memory-bootstrap-latest.md — regenerated each wake (truncated injection).bas_build_spec/memory/YYYY-MM-DD.md — append-only daily wake log.- Domain:
memory/sites/, buildings/, equipment/, integrations/, stack/, operators/, architecture/, memory/commissioning/ — especially PHASE_NOTEPAD.md (BACnet bind, LAN topology, dial-in URLs, § E phase strip; Codex reads before inferring site context).
memory/architecture/working-divergence.md — append-only log when working bas_app/ or automation differs from spec.md / skills because the documented path failed or was incomplete.- After
bas_full_reset.sh, append a dated block if listeners (Caddy, stale Vite) or missing scheduler binaries explain “automation ran but nothing built” — see spec-validation/references/full-reset-redo-checklist.md.
Rules
- Do not paste full
spec.md into memory files.
- After each wake, critique appends to today’s daily file (failures, smoke, URLs, risks).
- Mini: if implementation works but spec/skills do not, append one dated block to
working-divergence.md (expectation, reality, evidence, status open).
- Critique: triage open divergence entries; promote stable patterns into
skills/*/references/ or MEMORY.md; mark entries promoted or superseded.
- Promote only stable facts into
MEMORY.md and domain files.
BUILD_CHECKPOINTS.md remains the ordered mini queue; memory holds building + stack context.- As patterns stabilize, add short notes to
skills/*/references/ (not full spec pastes).
