# Entire Cloud-Agent Capture Setup
A reusable skill that wires repositories for [Entire](https://entire.io) session
capture in fresh cloud/headless environments. It includes separate paths
for **Claude Code on the web** and **Cursor Cloud Agent**, linking agent work to
Git history as Entire checkpoints without manual setup each session.
## What it does
Cloud-agent VMs start without the Entire CLI, a reliable PATH, or repository Git
hooks. This skill installs the CLI, commits the agent-specific lifecycle wiring,
and re-arms Git hooks on every fresh VM.
Cursor Cloud needs additional compatibility machinery because it does not
reliably emit session boundaries or flush a native transcript. The Cursor recipe
adds turn-one readiness gating, lifecycle synthesis, a redacting transcript shim,
and post-response checkpoint synchronization while leaving local Cursor IDE
sessions alone.
## Capture modes
- **Local Git capture** (default): no login; checkpoints live on
`entire/checkpoints/v1` in the repository.
- **Platform sync**: provide `ENTIRE_TOKEN` only as an environment secret. Normal
Git push activity then synchronizes checkpoints to entire.io.

## Not for
- Building an Entire viewer or checkpoint feature into an application UI.
- Screenshot or video capture.
- Generic MCP configuration unrelated to Entire capture.
