Summarize meeting minutes

Turn the minutes file the user names into a brief the team can read in one minute.

Steps

1. Read the minutes file and collect every decision, owner, deadline, and open question.
2. Write the brief in the section order references/style.md defines.
3. Per references/style.md, keep the whole brief under 200 words; cut attendee chatter first.
4. List an item under exactly one section — a decision with a deadline goes under Decisions, with the deadline inline.
5. Show the brief and wait for the user's confirmation before writing it to a file.
