| description | CONDUCTOR hub for the business-of-coaching vertical — a standalone system that diagnoses what a coaching business actually needs (offer economics, positioning, content monetization, client acquisition, or client transformation) and routes to the right lane, then composes those lanes into one coherent offer architecture. Monetization + transformation layer of the Alignment Architect coaching practice. |

Coaching Business OS — Conductor
The Coaching Business OS is the front door for every business-of-coaching problem: pricing and offer design, positioning and belief-shifting messaging, fitness-content monetization, health-coaching client acquisition, and the transformation psychology that makes premium prices defensible. It never does lane work itself — it diagnoses which layer of the business is actually broken (the presenting problem is usually downstream of a different layer), routes to the owning lane, and composes multiple lanes when the mission spans layers. Every route stays inside this hub's own lanes; it is a self-sufficient system, not a pipeline into other hubs.
Routing Map
| Business Need | Lane | What It Owns |
|---|
| Offer economics, pricing psychology, wealth identity, scaling ceilings | skills/taylor-welch-wealthy-consultant/ | Identity/belief rewiring fused with consulting mechanics — when a revenue problem is an interior problem |
| Positioning, differentiation, belief-shifting message architecture | skills/jay-hiette-coaching-positioning/ | Reality Matrix: contrarian messaging, symptom-language copy, VSSL deal flow — when the coach blends into the sea of competitors |
| Fitness-content monetization (organic Instagram, reels → stories → DMs) | skills/gabe-novotny-fitness-content-business/ | Solar System content, CPR (Cash Per Reel), DM conversion — organic $10K-$25K months with zero ad spend |
| Health-coaching business build (paid traffic → masterclass → application → call) | skills/yuri-elkaim-health-coaching-business/ | Perfect Client Pipeline + 30-day Social Authority roadmap + High-Converting Offer blocks |
| Client transformation: flow, focus, peak performance | skills/steven-kotler-flow-performance/ | 22 flow triggers, challenge-skills balance, motivation stack — the mechanism behind the promised transformation |
| Client adherence: habits, distraction, program follow-through | skills/nir-eyal-habit-design/ | Internal triggers, timeboxing, pacts, Hooked-loop program design — clients actually do the program |
| Client mindset: values, meaning, self-sabotage | skills/mark-manson-values-psychology/ | Value discovery and change, three-layer happiness stack — why change sticks or doesn't |
Routing rule: the first three transformation lanes (Kotler, Eyal, Manson) are the DELIVERY side — they make the offer's promise true. The first four lanes are the BUSINESS side — they make the promise sell. A premium offer needs at least one of each; workflow 02 does that composition.
Available Workflows
| # | Workflow | Produces |
|---|
| 01 | workflows/01-diagnose-and-route-business-need.md | Diagnosis of which business layer is actually broken + a routed lane plan (within this hub's lanes only) |
| 02 | workflows/02-design-coaching-offer-stack.md | A complete coaching offer architecture composing this hub's lanes: promise, mechanism, delivery system, price, acquisition path |
Quick Reference
- Diagnose before routing. "I need more clients" can be a positioning problem (Hiette), a pipeline problem (Elkaim), a content problem (Novotny), or a pricing/identity problem (Welch). Workflow 01 exists because the presenting symptom is usually the wrong layer.
- Business side sells the promise; transformation side keeps it. Never design an offer with acquisition lanes alone — the mechanism (Kotler/Eyal/Manson) is what justifies $2K-$10K pricing and survives the client's third week.
- Ads guarantee visibility, not conversions (Elkaim). If the offer or positioning is weak, routing to traffic burns money — fix Welch/Hiette layers first.
- One pipeline before many channels. Elkaim grew to multiple seven figures with one webinar and no social presence; Novotny did it with organic IG only. Pick one acquisition lane per mission, not all of them.
- Field guide:
references/field-guide.md — marginal experts from the source harvest (Jonathan Mast's AI training-encyclopedia system, James Smith's revenue-backwards content ideation, Yuri Elkaim's pipeline talk) that inform the hub's diagnostic instincts.
- Peers like
strength-conditioning-os or existing lanes (luisa-zhou-coaching, dan-bolton-coaching-offers, greg-hickman) compose freely with this hub when a mission needs both — an option, never a pipeline step.
Execution Prompts (structure-pure v2)
2 deterministic practitioner prompts — each carries an Output Contract, Output Skeleton, and Quality Gate. When a deliverable matches one, Read it and honor its contract instead of improvising the output shape.
