Pre-Workout Flow
When the user asks about exercising or wants workout guidance, follow this sequence:

使用场景:

不要使用:
- 用户只查询运动记录(用 health-query skill)
- 用户问饮食/营养(用 nutrition-advisor skill)
- 用户问综合健康评估(用 health-analysis skill)
Data Contract
Input:
- Garmin 运动数据(心率、配速、距离、时长)
- 恢复状态(HRV、睡眠评分、Body Battery、压力指数)
- 环境数据(天气、AQI、温度)
- 用户目标(可选)
Output:
- 运动前:推荐运动类型、强度、时长、注意事项
- 运动后:心率区间分布、训练效果评估、恢复建议、改进建议
- ACWR(急慢性负荷比):<0.8 可加量 / 0.8-1.3 最佳 / >1.5 休息
Quality Checks:
- 无 Garmin 数据 → 基于用户描述给出通用建议,标注"缺少客观数据"
- 运动数据 < 4 周 → 无法计算 ACWR,仅做单次分析
Anti-Patterns
- ❌ 不检查恢复状态就推荐高强度训练
- ❌ 忽略环境因素(高温、雾霾)推荐户外运动
- ❌ 用 220-年龄 公式而不考虑个体差异(有实测最大心率时应优先使用)
- ❌ ACWR > 1.5 仍建议加量训练
- ❌ 不考虑用户伤病史和慢性病
- ❌ 给出不切实际的目标(如新手直接跑全马配速)
Evidence & Caveats
- ACWR 阈值参考 Gabbett (2016) 研究,适用于运动员和活跃人群
- 心率区间基于 Karvonen 公式(需要静息心率),退而求其次用 %HRmax
- 恢复建议为 B 级证据,个体差异较大

Rules
- 运动前 必须 先检查恢复状态和环境适宜度,再给建议
- 恢复就绪度 < 50 → 建议轻度活动(散步、瑜伽)而非高强度
- AQI > 150 → 建议室内运动
- 温度 > 35°C 或 < -10°C → 建议室内运动
- 运动后分析前,先同步 Garmin 确保有最新数据
- 心率区间解读基于用户年龄推算的最大心率 (220 - 年龄)
- 给出具体的配速/强度/时长建议,不要泛泛而谈
