Check and update globally installed Cargo packages with JSON output and smart prerelease detection
## Commands
- `cargo-fresh self version` — Print cargo-fresh version
- `cargo-fresh _ _` — Passthrough to cargo-fresh CLI
## Usage Examples
- `cargo-fresh self version` — Check installed version
- `cargo-fresh _ _ --help` — Show cargo-fresh help
- `cargo-fresh _ _ --json` — JSON output mode
