Doctorat : Langage Go
- 2009 : Annonce publique
- 2012 : Go 1.0 — stabilité et compatibilité ascendante
- 2015 : Go 1.5 — GC latency <10ms, toolchain auto-hébergée
- 2018 : Go 1.11 — modules (go.mod)
- 2021 : Go 1.18 — generics (type parameters)
- 2023-2024 : Go 1.21-1.22 — toolchain management, range fix
- 2025 : Go 1.23 — itérateurs (range over function)
Architecture du Langage
- Compilateur gc : Écrit en Go, code natif (plan9 assembly-like → machine code)
- Frontend : Parseur → AST → type check → SSA (Static Single Assignment)
- Backend : SSA → Progs → Plan9 asm → code machine
- Toolchain : go build, go test, go vet, go fmt, go mod
- Linker interne : Pas de linker systeme externe
- Cross-compilation : GOOS=linux GOARCH=arm64 go build
- Race detector : Instrumentation au compile-time
- Fuzzing : go test -fuzz
Système de Types
- Statique, nominal : Types déclarés explicitement
- Interfaces implicites : Structure satisfait une interface automatiquement
- Generics (Go 1.18+) : Type parameters avec contraintes
- Type sets : Contraintes avec |, ~
- Struct types : Champs nommés, tags, embedded
- Named types : type MyInt int — types distincts
- Slice, Map, Chan, Func : Types de référence
- Pointer : *T — pas d'arithmétique de pointeur
- Interface vide : interface{} / any
- Type assertions : x.(T), switch v := x.(type)
- Embedding : Composition avec struct embedding
Compilation et Interprétation
- Compilation pure : Pas d'interpréteur/REPL natif
- Compilation rapide : Dépendances en DAG, inchangé optimisé
- Caching : Build cache pour les objets compilés
- AOT : Compilation en binaire statique (CGO_ENABLED=0)
- Cross compilation : GOOS, GOARCH, GOARM
- Cgo : Bridge avec le compilateur C
- Plugin : -buildmode=plugin
- WASM : GOOS=js GOARCH=wasm
Mémoire et Performances
- Garbage collector : Tri-générationnel, concurrent, mark-sweep
- GC latency : <500 microsecondes typiquement
- GC tuning : GOGC (défaut 100), GOMEMLIMIT
- Stack management : Stack initiale 2KB — grows/shrink dynamique
- Escape analysis : Variable vers stack ou heap
- sync.Pool : Pool d'objets réutilisables
- StringBuilder : Construction efficace de chaînes
Écosystème et Outils
- go mod : Gestionnaire de modules (go.mod, go.sum)
- pkg.go.dev : Documentation officielle
- gofmt : Formateur de code
- go vet : Analyse statique
- pprof : Profiling CPU, mémoire, goroutines, mutex
- trace : Exécution tracing
- gopls : LSP officiel
- Delve : Débogueur Go (dlv)
- Testify : Assertions et mocks
- gRPC : Protobuf + gRPC natifs
Concurrence et Parallélisme
- Goroutines : Fibres légères (stack 2KB, multiplexées sur threads OS)
- CSP model : Communiquer par channels, pas mémoire partagée
- Channels : chan T — buffered/unbuffered
- Select : Attente multiplexée sur plusieurs channels
- Scheduler (GMP) : Goroutine → Machine (Thread OS) → Processor
- Work-stealing : Les P volent les goroutines d'autres P
- Mutex : sync.Mutex, sync.RWMutex
- WaitGroup : sync.WaitGroup
- Once : sync.Once
- Atomic : sync/atomic — Add, Load, Store, CAS
- Context : Annulation, timeout, propagation
Patterns Avancés
- Error handling : error interface, wrapping (%w)
- Builder pattern : Construction chaînée
- Option pattern : Options fonctionnelles
- Fan-out/Fan-in : Distribution via channels
- Pipeline pattern : Goroutines chaînées
- Worker pool : Pool de goroutines
- Rate limiting : Basé sur tickers
- Graceful shutdown : Arrêt progressif
- Circuit breaker : Protection contre les défaillances
Optimisation
- Profiling : pprof (CPU, heap, goroutine)
- Tracing : go tool trace
- Benchmarking : go test -bench=. -benchmem
- Escape analysis : Réduire les allocations heap
- Zero-copy : slice tricks, unsafe.Pointer
