• Treasury snapshot: liquidity posture, cash sweeps, upcoming draws and distributions.
• Exception feed: any insurance claim, tax assessment, or audit finding in the week.

Monthly — monthly operating review roll-up

• Consolidated monthly variance pack (reporting_finance_ops_lead).
• Monthly covenant cushion memos (per loan).
• Monthly portfolio review (portfolio_manager).
• Monthly asset reviews (consumed via portfolio_manager).
• Monthly close binder (reporting_finance_ops_lead).
• forecast_accuracy and budget_attainment history updates.

Quarterly — portfolio review + investor QBR

• Quarterly reforecast pack (reporting_finance_ops_lead).
