Walk the user through LifeOS setup step by step.
Step 1: Choose Deployment Mode
Ask the user:
- Hosted (app.lifeos.dev): Sign up at the web dashboard, get an API key from Settings
- Self-hosted: Deploy via Docker Compose on their own server
For self-hosted, guide them:
