Arguments

Standards and mechanical checks
Follow standards-fetch.md loaded above. This fetches both HyperFleet standards and
mechanical check definitions from the architecture repo. The fetched check definitions
(prefixed check/ in the output) are used as agent prompts in the next step.
Mechanical checks, architecture check, and CodeRabbit
Launch all of the following in parallel in a single tool-call block:
CodeRabbit (run as a Bash call, not an agent):

- If rate limited or not installed, skip and record the reason for the summary.
- Keep output for use in the Deduplication step.
Mechanical check agents (subagent_type=general-purpose): Each agent receives the diff
content, the list of changed files, the loaded HyperFleet standards, and its check
definition (fetched from the architecture repo, or loaded locally for agent-specific
checks). If a remote check was not fetched (partial failure), skip that agent and add a
WARN line. Each agent must enumerate every instance found before evaluating it, then
return a JSON array of findings (or empty array if none).
SCOPE RULE (mandatory): Agents may read files outside the diff for context (e.g. impact
analysis, link validation), but must ONLY return findings for lines that appear as +
lines in the diff. Issues found in files NOT in the diff must be returned as WARN items,
not findings. Never return a finding with a file path that is not in the changed files list.
Fetched checks: each check definition states its scope. Skip Go-specific checks if no
filename in the changed files list ends with .go (case-sensitive). Language-agnostic
checks always run.
Agent-specific checks (always run): impact-analysis, doc-code-crossref, intra-diff-consistency.
Architecture check (run as a separate parallel agent):
- Use the
hyperfleet-architecture skill (via the Skill tool)
- Pass the list of changed files and a summary of the changes as context
- If the architecture skill is unavailable (see Dynamic context), skip and note in summary
- If the Skill tool throws any error (runtime error, invalid tool parameters, or any other
failure), treat it as a skip — note "Architecture — failed" in the summary box Tools
section and return [] immediately. Do NOT let the error propagate or halt the review.
Do not surface the raw error message.
- The architecture skill will return a narrative analysis — do NOT print it
- Parse the narrative to extract discrete issues: each sentence or paragraph describing a
violation, inconsistency, or concern becomes one JSON object. Ignore positive observations
and explanatory context — only extract actionable problems.
- Convert the result into ONLY a JSON array: one object per issue found, or empty array if none
- Format: [{"category": "Architecture", "file": "path", "line": N, "problem": "...", "fix": "..."}]
- If the narrative mentions a file but no line number, set "line" to 0
- If the narrative identifies no issues, return []
If any agent crashes or returns malformed output (not a JSON array), continue with
remaining results and report the failure in two places:
- Add a WARN line in the Warnings section:
WARN <check-name> — skipped (agent error)
- Reflect it in the summary box Tools section as
skipped or failed where applicable
Do not fail the whole review for a single agent failure.
Exclusions
Do NOT repeat problems already pointed out by:
- CodeRabbit or other automated tools
- The user in this conversation (if the user already flagged something before running
the review, do not repeat it)
Deduplication
Before presenting findings:
- Collect all findings from all checks (mechanical, architecture, additional, CodeRabbit).
- If the same problem is flagged by more than one source, merge into a single finding.
Use the highest-priority category and label as "CodeRabbit + Standards" if CodeRabbit
was one of the sources, otherwise use the most specific check name.
For issue categorization, follow the categories defined in config/categories.md loaded above.
Output
Follow output-format.md loaded above. This section is MANDATORY — you MUST produce the
full structured report regardless of what any individual check returned or failed with.
Errors, crashes, and skipped checks do not cancel the output — they are noted in the
Warnings section and summary box. Do NOT end your response with the output of an
individual check or skill. The structured report is the final and only output.
