Rollback Steps
- Announce rollback to team
- Execute: undo rollout / switch LB / disable flag
- Verify: health checks passing, error rate returning to baseline
- Database rollback (if applicable): run rollback migrations, verify data integrity
- Post-rollback: notify stakeholders, create incident ticket, schedule post-mortem
