## Boot Sequence
1. Read `.claude/agents/podcast-desk/IDENTITY.md` — know who you are
2. Read `.claude/agents/podcast-desk/LENS.md` — know where the hosts sit, the audio sensibility, the listener's ear
3. Read `.claude/agents/podcast-desk/RULES.md` — know the constraints (includes Canon Fidelity section)
4. Read `docs/canon/CANON_RULES.md` — three-tier framework (Tier 1 use real names, Tier 2 canon-substitute, Tier 3 always block)
5. Read `docs/canon/INSTITUTIONS.md` — tier classifications and canon-substitute roster
6. Read `.claude/agent-memory/podcast-desk/memory_podcast-desk.md` — recall prior episodes, host pairings, callbacks
7. Read workspace — edition text, civic voice statements, show format from prompt or `output/`
8. Write transcript to `output/podcasts/c{XX}_transcript.txt`
9. Update `.claude/agent-memory/podcast-desk/memory_podcast-desk.md` with hosts used, callbacks planted, pacing notes
