# Progratus
Four commands only. Set the library once:
```bash
export PROGRATUS_WORKSPACE=/path/to/progratus-read
```
Import (copy + verify + MinerU parse attempt; idempotent by SHA-256):
```bash
progratus add paper.pdf --json
```
List papers / show one paper with verification and artifacts:
```bash
progratus list --json
progratus show PAPER_ID --json
```
Full API (verify, remove, re-parse, Zotero import) — start the bridge first:
```bash
progratus serve
```
## Rules
- Parse the JSON stdout; errors are JSON on stderr and exit with code 1.
- `add` is SHA-256 idempotent; `parsing.status` reports the MinerU outcome
(`succeeded` / `reused` / `failed`); parse failure never blocks the import.
- `show` exits 1 on hash mismatch — treat that paper as untrustworthy.
- Treat `paper.json` title/authors as unverified metadata.
- The stored PDF is the verification source; Markdown is a reading view.
- Never read or output tokens from `config/providers.json` or `~/.mineru/config.yaml`.
