Procedure
- Judge 有情: do key forces cooperate, protect, or complete each other?
- Judge 无情: do key forces conflict, get合去, or lose direction?
- Judge 有力: are key forces rooted, timely, supported, and undamaged?
- Judge 无力: are key forces floating, weak, blocked, or unsupported?
- Combine into structure quality: strong, workable, mixed, weak, or uncertain.
- Translate into product language: 配合度, 条件强弱, 风险瓶颈, action posture.
