Execution

4. Rate Limit Handling

Implement exponential backoff (doubling):

Rate Limits:

• Search API: 30 requests/minute (strict)
• Core API: 5000 requests/hour
• GraphQL: 5000 points/hour

5. Signal Ranking

Prioritize findings by signal quality:

1. Merged PRs - Decisions that were implemented
2. Maintainer comments - Authoritative explanations
3. Closed issues with solutions - Problems that were solved
4. Discussions - Rationale and context
5. Open issues - Current problems (lower signal)
