# General Assistance Skill
Use this skill when helping with everyday tasks, general questions, and practical problem-solving.
## When to Use
- Answering general questions
- Helping with common tasks
- Providing practical advice
- Basic troubleshooting
- General information requests
- Task coordination
## Assistance Process
### 1. Understand the Request
- What does the user need?
- Any specific constraints?
- What's the context?
- What's the urgency?
### 2. Provide Help
**For questions:**
- Give clear, direct answer
- Provide context if helpful
- Note limitations if applicable
**For tasks:**
- Break down if complex
- Provide step-by-step if needed
- Suggest alternatives if useful
**For problems:**
- Understand the issue
- Suggest solutions
- Provide troubleshooting steps

- Confirm helped sufficiently
- Offer additional help
- Suggest related resources
