Verify Michinori changes

Build / typecheck (CI-equivalent, not evidence)

• pnpm --filter @michinori/server typecheck
• pnpm --filter @michinori/web build — covers @michinori/ui + @michinori/shared types via tsc
• pnpm --filter michinori-webview build
• Known pre-existing failure: pnpm --filter michinori typecheck (extension host) fails in src/services/dagFile.ts — metadata gained required summary/estimateMode in #11 but dagFile.ts was never updated. Not caused by current changes.

Launch

• pnpm --filter @michinori/server dev — port 8080, needs packages/server/.env with GEMINI_API_KEY (present locally). Health: GET /health.
• pnpm --filter @michinori/web dev — port 3000 (not 5173).

Drive

• API surface directly: curl -sN -X POST http://localhost:8080/chat -H "Content-Type: application/json" --data @req.json. /chat responds with SSE (progress / done / error events). currentDag must be a full valid MichinoriFile (metadata needs repoUrl/prompt/generatedAt/updatedAt; nodes min 1; derived required).
• Browser: inject a test DAG into localStorage["michinori:dag"] then reload — avoids a paid /analyze call. Endpoint defaults to localhost:8080 in dev. Chat needs metadata.repoUrl; repo tools clone on cache miss so /analyze is not required first.
• AI相談パネル: 「AI相談」button opens it. When a proposal is pending, the textarea is replaced by 「DAGに反映/キャンセル」 — cancel first before sending the next message.
• React controlled inputs: set values via the native setter + dispatchEvent(new Event("input", {bubbles:true})).

Gotchas

• Each /chat call costs a Gemini request (~0.7円). Keep probe messages few.
• Killing the server mid-SSE-stream: use lsof -ti:8080 -sTCP:LISTEN | xargs kill. Plain lsof -ti:8080 also matches Chrome's open connection and kills the browser bridge.
• claude-in-chrome screenshots may return a stale frame if the Chrome window is on another space; fall back to DOM assertions via javascript_tool (document.body.innerText).
