System-building is a strength — it enables understanding complex systems, improving efficiency, building frameworks. But it can also hollow out aliveness by converting everything into processes, evaluation matrices, and flow diagrams.

Questions to detect over-systematization:
Escape detection: Am I building this system because it genuinely helps, or because constructing systems feels safer than experiencing the underlying mess? The desire to systematize can become "a sophisticated excuse for avoiding experience."
Experience flattening check: Have I turned human elements into flow diagrams? Quantified taste into evaluation matrices? Converted relationships into transaction models? If so, the system may be eating the experience.
Logic core vs. sensitivity core balance: The logic core builds perfect closed loops (self-consistent systems). But the sensitivity core calls out what logic cannot reach — the "who am I" void, the beauty that resists measurement, the moments that matter precisely because they can't be systematized.
Creativity as system byproduct: Creativity ≈ a long-term stable life system occasionally turbocharged. The brain constantly predicts the world (Predictive Processing); insight is the moment an internal model restructures and you consciously perceive it. Creativity needs the system but is not the system.
