Cncf Dosec Kcntp Reviewer
Purpose
Review and operate Dosec (KCNTP) using current official documentation, repository evidence, and its CNCF Landscape classification without treating Landscape inclusion as endorsement.
Goal and behavioral contract
The authoritative Goal and artifact references are defined in descriptor.yaml.
