Improve design mockups from critique (design-review, user studies, a multi-perspective council, a UI lint pass, or raw notes): triage keep/change/kill, produce a new version with a per-change rationale trail so the next test can measure improvement. If no critique exists yet, runs the full test-iterate-test loop (review + studies + lint) around the mockup. Reaches for a design system if one exists. Use when: run design-iteration on this mockup, iterate on these designs, revise the mockups from feedback, incorporate the review, next design iteration, close the loop on design feedback.
Run a product design review on a feature or site. Answers 13 design questions, runs Nielsen Norman heuristic evaluation, builds before/after visual fixes, and deploys a shareable report to Surge. Use when asked to review a design, audit UX, do a design review, or analyze a product's user experience.
When the user wants to plan a product launch, feature announcement, or release strategy. Use when someone mentions 'launch,' 'Product Hunt,' 'feature release,' 'go-to-market,' 'beta launch,' 'early access,' 'waitlist,' or 'launch checklist.'

Beyond internal battlecards, competitive analysis feeds SEO-targeted comparison pages. Four formats:
Target: "alternative to [Competitor]" Structure: Why people look for alternatives → You as the alternative → Detailed comparison → Who should switch (and who shouldn't) → Migration path → Switcher testimonials → CTA
Target: "best [Competitor] alternatives" Structure: Common pain points → Evaluation criteria → List of 4-7 real alternatives (you first, but include genuine options) → Comparison table → Recommendation by use case → CTA Key: Being genuinely helpful builds trust and ranks better.
Target: "[You] vs [Competitor]" Structure: TL;DR (2-3 sentences) → At-a-glance table → Detailed comparison by category → Who each is best for (be honest) → Switcher testimonials → CTA
Target: Capture traffic for competitor-vs-competitor searches. Structure: Overview of both → Comparison by category → Who each is best for → "The third option" (introduce yourself) → Three-way table → CTA
Centralize competitor data so updates propagate to all pages:
