Slide Design Principles
The rule of one: One message per slide. If your slide needs an "and," split it into two slides.
Text guidelines:
Maximum 6 lines of text per slide (fewer is better)

No full sentences on slides - use keywords and phrases

Delivery Tips
Opening: Do not start with "So, um, today I'll be talking about..." Start with a question, a surprising fact, or a patient story (if appropriate).
Pacing: You need fewer slides than you think. Plan for 1.5-2 minutes per slide. A 15-minute talk needs 8-10 slides, not 30.
Handling questions:
"That's a great question" is filler; just answer the question
If you don't know: "I don't have that data, but I'd love to discuss it afterward"
If the question is hostile: restate it neutrally, answer what you can, move on
