Reviews a pull request: runs its own baseline review of the PR diff, then a persistent Monitor watches CI and incoming reviewer comments, triages each comment through an independent skeptical agent, applies only verified fixes, and commits+pushes via inline git commands until CI passes and no comments remain to adopt — then asks whether to merge. Use this skill when the user asks to "review a PR", "monitor PR review comments", "address reviewer feedback on #123", or "watch CI on a pull request".

Implement the work described by the user in the spec or tickets.
Use /mattpocock:bdd where possible, at pre-agreed seams. During the Automation phase, load /mattpocock:tdd (BDD-driven) for test quality, seams, and mocking guidance.
Run typechecking regularly, single test files regularly, and the full test suite once at the end.
Once done, use /mattpocock:code-review to review the work.
Use /mattpocock:bdd where possible, one red-green slice at a time at pre-agreed seams. Load /mattpocock:tdd (BDD-driven) during the Automation phase for test quality, seams, and mocking guidance. When the work is done, run /mattpocock:code-review over it — a commit without the two-axis review is not finished work.
