Local-first. Nothing leaves the device unless the user exports. No account, no telemetry.

RedactionPolicy.none still redacts restricted. standard (default) redacts sensitive+. strict redacts local+.
Redaction is a copy. Snapshot.redacted must not mutate the stored snapshot.
