How to run product visual design in this workspace — Claude Design + the operator do the design; you write the handoff, wait, read it back, land it, build a runnable mockup the operator approves, and implement. Use when a phase or slice touches a design system, a redesign, mockups, a design gate, brand/palette/typography, or the look of user-facing pages. NOT for non-visual "design" (schema, API, architecture).
Review a completed phase against its objective and record a pass / changes_requested / blocked verdict.
Continue the active phase by completing exactly one slice, then stop.

Adopt the agentic workspace into the CURRENT existing repository, non-destructively. Explicit-invocation only. The full procedure and collision policy are in docs/retrofit-guide.md; this skill drives it.
Preflight (read-only):
git rev-parse --is-inside-work-tree. If the working tree is dirty (git status --porcelain is non-empty), tell the operator and recommend committing or stashing first, so the retrofit lands as a clean, reviewable diff.works/state.json already exists, STOP and report: this repo already has the workspace — drive it with python3 scripts/workflow.py (or /do-next-slice). Do not retrofit again.bootstrap_agentic_workspace.sh. It is NOT part of an installed workspace, so ask the operator for its path, or fetch it per the README (the curl one-liner). Never fabricate a copy.Apply:
Run the installer in retrofit mode from the repo root:

It is non-destructive: it skips files you already have, additively merges .claude/settings.json and CLAUDE.md (marked section + CLAUDE.workspace.md sidecar) — the only contract file it writes — installs the docs/+works/ subsystems only if absent, and aborts before writing if a foreign scripts/workflow.py exists. It installs no phases — the workspace starts empty.
Reconcile + verify:
CLAUDE.md, the installer kept it and wrote CLAUDE.workspace.md plus a marked pointer block into it. Read the sidecar and fold the workspace contract into the project's own contract as appropriate — the project's existing rules win where they disagree.__pycache__/ and *.pyc are git-ignored (the installer never edits .gitignore).python3 scripts/workflow.py validate, then python3 scripts/workflow.py next. next reporting "no active slice; create a phase or promote deferred work" is the expected empty-start state, not an error.Report:
git status. Do NOT commit automatically — the operator reviews the diff and tells you when to commit. Then tell the operator the workspace starts with no phases: when they are ready, their first real task is captured with the /create-phase intake flow (refine → clarify → confirm).
