规则:
如果某张 evidence_card 看起来与这个机制矛盾(例如同样情境但当事人没启动这个机制), 把它的 id 放进 anti_evidence_ids。这是诚实的标志, 不会降低 confidence — 真正降低 confidence 的是"假装没看到"。
