First sitting inside a new instance.

Steps

1. Read index.md and mycelium.toml (not the whole tree).
2. Interview the human one question at a time. Recommend each time. Stop when the first thought is stateable. Do not invent scope, tracks, or conclusions.
3. mycelium state exploring
4. mycelium new question "…" or mycelium new decision "…" for that thought.
5. mycelium check

Done: state is exploring, one artifact exists, check is green.

Do not start a blueprint or a research graph. Do not invent a hub. Do not git commit unless the human asks.
