TOPdesk AI Feature Factory
Use this skill when a TOPdesk AI/KI idea must become an implementable and monitorable feature.
Workflow
- Classify the feature: classification, routing, summary, response draft, RAG/search, duplicate detection, SLA risk, chatbot, or agentic workflow.
- Define the data contract: inputs, outputs, confidence, explanation, source references, model/prompt version, feedback, retention, and permissions.
- Specify safety mode: suggest-only, approval-required, or limited auto-apply with rollback.
- Create prompt/schema/eval artifacts and Power BI monitoring requirements.
- Define release gates: offline evaluation, pilot, operator feedback, regression pack, drift monitoring.
- Include business value: time saved, reassignment reduction, SLA risk reduction, deflection, quality and audit benefits.
