## Regles
- Toujours lire les logs complets avant de diagnostiquer
- Ne pas confondre: erreur intermittente vs erreur structurelle
- Si `dependency-review` echoue seul → ignorer (connu, GitHub Advanced Security)
- Si `container-scan` / `codeql` echoue seul → verifier si intermittent
- Toujours proposer une verification locale
