BGS holders evolved 2002→2010→2017→2022. Current holder shows full sub-grade panel on front.
BGS slabs display 4 numerical sub-grades on the front: Centering, Corners, Edges, Surface, plus the overall grade. The overall = lowest sub-grade (rounded for 0.5 difference). A 9.5-10-9.5-10 = 9.5 overall.
Reholder service available for $20-50 per slab when integrity compromised.
