Constraints for slide content to maintain readability:
- Max 6 bullet points per slide
- Max 12 words per bullet
- Max 3 levels of hierarchy on any single slide
- Speaker notes hold the full detail; slides hold the summary
Produce a PPTX presentation from the source document that:
1. Accurately represents the document's key messages and structure
2. Uses appropriate slide layouts matched to content type
3. Stays within the requested max_slides limit
4. Never exceeds the Content Density Rules
5. Includes speaker notes with full detail from the source document
6. Gets user approval on the slide plan before building
7. Opens the final file for user review

Workflow steps use these prefixes:

- file_read_pdf with text_only=True returns raw text without layout awareness. Two-column PDFs may have interleaved text. If text looks garbled, use pdfplumber via the canvas_pptx dependency's run_python for better column handling.
- file_read_docx and file_read_pdf support pagination via next_offset. For documents over 10,000 characters, call again with offset=next_offset to get the full content before analyzing structure.
- Markdown files (.md) are read with file_read. Headings (#, ##, ###) map directly to section hierarchy.
- pptx_plan requires slides as a list of objects with title, bullets, content, format, and notes fields. The format field should reference a layout archetype from the Slide Layout Types definition.
- The canvas_pptx dependency handles actual PPTX generation. After plan approval, follow that skill's build workflow.
- Some PDFs (scanned documents) have no extractable text. If file_read_pdf returns very little text relative to page count, inform the user that the document may be image-based and cannot be processed.
