为说书模式剧本逐段生成旁白配音（TTS）。当用户说"生成旁白"、"配音"、"生成全集旁白"、想重新生成某段配音、或批量配音中断需要补齐时使用。

项目管理工具集。使用场景：新增/修改角色/场景/道具到 project.json（经 patch_project 工具，按 table+name upsert）、写顶层 settings 字段、编辑项目概述 overview，以及查询视频模型能力（get_video_capabilities）。分集规划不在本 skill：走 mcp__arcreel__plan_episodes / replan_episodes 服务端工具。

生成宫格分镜图。当用户说"生成宫格"、"宫格生图"、"宫格模式生成分镜"时使用。自动按 segment_break 分组，选择最优宫格大小，生成首尾帧链式宫格图并切割分配。
