Configure the backend through the CLI config, DEVOPS_BASE_URL, or --base-url. Never infer an internal endpoint.

Treat create, update, delete, write, Jenkins build, rebuild, cancel, deploy, restart, rollout, and any non-GET raw API call as mutating operations.
Before running any mutating operation, get a second confirmation from the user in the current conversation, even when the user already requested the operation. Present the exact command or API method/path, target resource identifiers, and expected effect, then wait for an explicit affirmative reply. Do not treat prior intent, tool approval, or successful authentication as confirmation.
