Refresh the point-in-time Claude documentation snapshots stored in grounding/claude-docs/.

When to run

• User asks to "refresh", "update", or "re-ground" the docs.
• Before writing a new entry in grounding/answers/ where the relevant snapshot is older than ~30 days.
• After Anthropic announces a meaningful Claude Code / API change.

Steps

1. List every file under grounding/claude-docs/ and read its header to extract the source URL and previous capture date.
2. For each, re-fetch the page. Prefer the claude-code-guide agent or WebFetch for Anthropic docs; use Context7 for library/API references where available.
3. Overwrite the snapshot, preserving the header format:
   • Source: <url>
   • Captured: DD/MM/YYYY (today's date)
4. If a page has moved or 404s, note it in the file and flag to the user — do not silently delete.
5. After refreshing, re-read any answers in grounding/answers/ that cited the updated snapshots and flag ones that may now be stale.

Adding a new doc

To add a new page to the grounding set, create a new markdown file under grounding/claude-docs/ with the header above, then run this skill to populate it.

Notes

• Keep snapshots in markdown. If the source is HTML, convert via fetch_markdown / equivalent.
• Do not commit secrets or account-specific content from logged-in pages.
