Send a Hebrew email
The rule this skill exists to enforce
A Hebrew body must be sent as HTML with dir="rtl". Never plain text.
Plain text carries no direction metadata, so the client guesses — Gmail usually
right, Outlook usually wrong — and Hebrew arrives left-aligned with punctuation
stranded on the wrong end and account numbers reordered.
This holds for one-line vendor replies as much as for formal complaints, and for
covering notes whose real content is an attached PDF.
The routing failure to avoid
The most likely way to get this wrong is not ignorance of the rule — it is
bypassing it. Calling
mcp__gateway__google-workspace-personal__send_gmail_message (or the Resend
equivalent) directly means none of this applies, and the send goes out as plain
text. That is exactly how it was got wrong on a complaint sent 2026-08-05.
Compose the HTML body here, then send with body_format: "html".
Register
Follows the recipient, not the language:
- Personal / vendor — plain opening, first name, no identifiers.
- Business / authority —
לכבוד, בכבוד רב, organisation identifiers and
any reference number in the sign-off.

Set dir per paragraph, not only on <body>. A mixed message with a Latin
signature or a reference line inherits RTL otherwise and reverses it. Wrap
Name <address> pairs and bare identifiers in <bdi> when they sit inside
Hebrew text.
Sending
Signs from ~/.claude-user-data/hebrew-correspondence/sender.json. Send via the
Google Workspace MCP for the matching account, or Resend for the business
domain. If the user already has profiles configured under the rtl-email
plugin, reuse those rather than asking again.
Show the user the composed body before sending anything.
