Verification & Quality Assurance

Lightweight verification layer over claude-flow: reliability scores (0.0-1.0) for code/agents/tasks, automated correctness/security/best-practice checks, and automatic rollback of changes that fail a threshold.

When to use

• You want a confidence score on an agent's or a file's output.
• You want changes auto-reverted when they fall below a quality threshold.
